SHEEP DAIRY INTERNSHIP AVAILABLE

We are looking for a fall intern to assist with the production, packaging and sales of sheep milk and dairy products. This will be a three to four month hands-on paid internship with on-farm housing possible. Responsibilities to include sampling product at local farmers markets and retail stores as well as assisting in the creamery with bottling milk and yogurt, making cheese and cutting and wrapping for market. No prior dairy experience necessary. Must be able to lift 30 lbs. Clean driving record and valid license required. Must be a currently enrolled college or university student. 20 to 30 hours/week, $18/hr.
